Well we have just the thing for you! The Eleanor Sonsini Animal Shelter is currently looking for foster families for the up and coming “Kitten Season” and we’re looking for help!

Absolutely! But it’s important that all your pets be up to date on their vaccinations to keep your pets and your new house guests happy and healthy. It’s also very important to make sure you foster animals have a room separate from your own animals.

The typical foster stay is two weeks to two months, depending on the needs of the individual animal(s) in your care. The time frame for each foster situation will be discussed with you ahead of time.

The Sonsini Shelter provides bedding and toys, as well as all medical care for the animals in foster homes, including vaccination, medications and spay/neuter surgery. Foster families are asked to provide exercise, socialization and lots of love!
